Paying your CCEC electric bill is easy with the PowerPay24 app, available for your smartphone or tablet (Apple or Android) from the iTunes app store or Google Play.
If you already have your account set up on PowerPay24, all you have to do is log in. If you don’t have a PowerPay24 account already, we suggest you sign up through the regular PowerPay24 web portal (You will need your CCEC account number and your bank or credit card information).
NOTE: If you want to see details of your bill, history and usage, the regular PowerPay24 site is still available.
Tap the “View/Change Payment” bar if you want to change the amount of the payment(s) on your account(s).
When you tap the “Accounts” tab at the bottom of the screen, you will see your detailed charges. If you are a water customer in Pine Knoll Shores or Harkers Island Sanitary District, the “Energy” charge includes both electricity and water usage for the billing period.
When you are finished, you will get confirmation that your payment has posted.
