Another service we offer our members are Safeguard Lights. For a small monthly fee, we
will install a safeguard light on your property. The monthly fee covers the cost of
electricity (it doesn't go through your meter), maintenance and upkeep. You don't have to
worry about replacing bulbs, and the light comes on at dusk and goes off automatically at

SECURITY LIGHT APPLICATION
Please supply dusk-to-dawn lighting units with 30-inch mast arm to my
property (indicate number of lights requested). By clicking "Submit"
below, I agree to the following conditions:

Service to be furnished and payments to be made in
accordance with Carteret-Craven Electric Cooperative security light
schedule.

I agree to take service on this agreement for a
minimum of one year from date of installation.

Ownership of lighting unit to remain with
Carteret-Craven Electric Cooperative.

I will protect unit from damage and will notify
Carteret-Craven Electric Cooperative if light burns during daylight
hours or does not burn at all.

Carteret-Craven Electric Cooperative may remove unit
and discontinue service in event of damage by vandalism.

Carteret-Craven Electric Cooperative will install
lights on existing poles owned by the cooperative. If we need to
install a pole for your light, you will be contacted for an
appointment to meet a staking technician.
