PAYING YOUR ELECTRIC BILL JUST GOT EASIER
The Cooperative has added a "save settings" feature on it's secure PowerPay 24 website. Rather than have
to type in your account number each time you go to the PowerPay site, you can key it in once and click
the "save my settings" box.

FAQS - (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)
"If a deposit is required, when will I get it back?"

If you make a security deposit, you may request to have it applied to your account, with interest, after 36 consecutive months of service during which you have established satisfactory credit. Satisfactory credit means you have had no more than one delinquent payment, no returned check for insufficient funds and no service disconnect for nonpayment.

If you disconnect in fewer than 36 months, the deposit and interest earned (minus any fees owed CCEC) will be refunded.
