"What do I do if my power goes out?"

When your power goes off either at home or work, the first order of business is to check the main breaker and be sure it has not tripped.  If it has not, then look to see if your neighbors' lights are out.  Then call us.  Day or night, we have customer service representatives answering the phones to assure your call gets through.  Be prepared to provide specific information about where the property is located and who's name the account is in.

If there is an obvious storm, please be patient.  Our crews will respond as soon as notified and their main concern is to restore your power.
