YOUR ELECTRIC BILL JUST GOT EASIER
The Cooperative has added a "save settings"
feature on it's secure PowerPay 24 website. Rather than have
to type in your account number each time you go to the PowerPay
site, you can key it in once and click
the "save my settings" box. (Note:
Service works best with Internet Explorer or Firefox web
browsers.) |

"How do I sign up for service?" |
There are several ways to apply for service:
- On the
Web: Go to "Online Services" on
this Website. A customer service rep will respond within 24 hours
(excludes weekends) to your request.
- By
phone: Call
252-247-3107 or 1-800-682-2217.
- At our offices:
1300 Highway 24, Newport or 450 McCotter Blvd., Havelock, 849
Island Road, Harkers Island.
You will be required to provide
personal information. If a deposit is required, a customer service
representative will explain that process to you.
