CUSTOMER SERVICES - RATE INFORMATION |
RESIDENTIAL RATES
There are a variety of rates used for different categories within an
electric utility. The majority of our customers fall under our
Residential Rate Code. Our rates were restructured in January to
more accurately reflect variations in the energy market. There is
a difference in rates between summer and non-summer times due to the
increased demand and usage during summer in our area. Your monthly
bill may also include other fees such as safeguard lighting
(click here to find out about Safeguard Lights),
*wholesale power cost adjustments, and Operation RoundUp®
(click here to find out more about Operation
RoundUp®) totals.
To help figure your
monthly amount the following information is provided for residential
rates. All other types of customers should inquire with our
Customer Service Representatives with questions.
