PAYING YOUR ELECTRIC BILL JUST GOT EASIER
The Cooperative has added a "save settings" feature on it's secure PowerPay 24 website. Rather than have
to type in your account number each time you go to the PowerPay site, you can key it in once and click
the "save my settings" box. 
(Note: Service works best with Internet Explorer or Firefox web browsers.)
   
SERVICE FEES

SERVICE CHARGE:
When CCEC supplies electricity to a service, the customer shall pay a service connection charge of $15.00. This will be in addition to all other charges associated with the account.

PREMIUM SERVICE (this option not available when applying online):
When the connection of an account only requires the placement of or reading of a meter, same day service can be guaranteed by payment of an additional service charge of $25.00.

TEMPORARY SERVICE:
The following charges are applicable:

  • Secondary Service (up to 75 feet) Connect Fee: $50.00
  • Secondary Service Additional Pole Fee (each): $185.00
  • Primary or Secondary Extensions (more than 75 feet) Connect Fee: $50.00
  • Line Extension and Retirement Charge: Total Cost

LATE CHARGE - $5

RETURNED CHECK - $25

FIELD SERVICE CHARGE - $30 each for...

  • delinquent disconnect trip
  • delinquent reconnect trip
  • delinquent field extension
  • delinquent field collection

AFTER HOURS CHARGE - $45
